Chicken Pizza Crust Recipe
Hi Everyone, this Chicken Pizza Crust Recipe is a game-changer for dinners. It certainly has been for our family dinners.
We love pizza in our house and we often like to have it multiple times per week.
It's a great way to satisfy all the different food preferences (picky eaters) in our house and when we are doing a fridge cleanout to use up food (but it doesn't "feel" like a fridge clean-out day recipe).
This Chicken Pizza Crust Recipe is compliant with Low Carb, Keto, Gluten-Free, and Paleo diets.

What Does Chicken Pizza Crust Taste Like?
It imitates bread in terms of color, and maybe a bit in texture and visually but it does not exactly taste like bread.
It tastes like chicken, it's like a meat cake.
If you know that going in, it's a great option for pizza.
The more you have it, the more you get used to it and can really have fun with the toppings.
Ingredients
- 1 cup shredded cheese (we have had success with shredded Mozzarella (the best, so far) and Cheddar) - you want to use a medium cheese
- 2 large eggs
- 1 pound lean ground chicken *you can also use the same amount of shredded chicken
- Optional: Kosher salt and fresh ground black pepper, amount to taste - Sometimes I add salt and pepper, sometimes I don't, I feel like it doesn't make a difference once you have the toppings on it, it can always be added when the pizza is done too.

Instructions
- Make sure the rack in the oven is in the middle and preheat the oven to 400 degrees F.
- Line a rimmed baking sheet with a silicone baking mat (optional) and parchment paper (essential for moving the pizza to a cutting board after cooking). The parchment paper should go beyond the edge of the rimmed baking sheet.
- In a large mixing bowl, add ground chicken, shredded cheese, 2 large eggs, and salt and pepper. Using a fork, mix completely.
- Using a baking spatula, spread the chicken-cheese mixture into a rectangular shape on top of the parchment paper, making sure the thickness is even.
- Bake in your preheated oven for about 20 minutes (the edges should be starting to brown). Remove to add your favorite toppings and then bake for 10 minutes or more as needed. When it's done move the pizza to a cutting board, cut it into 12 pieces and enjoy!
