    Okay but will take some practice

    This book is better than the first one I ordered, which I returned. For those brand new to the Ninja like I am, I have found youtube videos very helpful for those tips that a book just can't get into. I do not recommend all the spices with the mac and cheese recipe in this book if your family likes just a simple mac and cheese,. I ended up throwing it out the first time I made it. I feel like it tries to get too fancy, but hopefully as I become more comfortable using the Foodi I will be more comfortable with the recipes.
